Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Domain Forward: the website (domain-forward.com), the app (app.domain-forward.com), the REST API, the free tools (tools.domain-forward.com) and our MCP servers, including through ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant. By creating an account or using any of these, you agree to these terms.

Domain Forward is provided by Ekke OÜ, registry code 14078916, Mustamäe tee 128-5, 12911 Tallinn, Estonia (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@domain-forward.com.

1. The service

Domain Forward redirects domains you own to destinations you choose. You point a domain at us with DNS records, and we serve the redirect over HTTPS with a certificate we issue and renew for you. Depending on your plan, the service also includes analytics, path forwarding, URL masking, wildcard subdomains, dynamic destinations, a REST API, an AI assistant and access for connected apps. The free tools and the free tools MCP server check domains, DNS, certificates and redirects without an account.

2. Accounts and teams

  • You must give a valid email address and keep your sign-in details safe.
  • You’re responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite, API keys you create and apps you connect.
  • A team’s owner controls who is a member and can remove members at any time.
  • You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and at least 16.

3. Your domains

You may only add domains you own or are authorised to manage. You’re responsible for your DNS settings, for the destinations you redirect to and for the content visitors reach through your redirects. We don’t check the destinations, and we aren’t responsible for them.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Domain Forward to:

  • send visitors to phishing pages, malware, scams or other harmful content;
  • redirect to content that is illegal where you or your visitors are, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • send spam or hide the real destination of links used in spam;
  • overload or attack our systems, or get around rate limits on the free tools, the API or the MCP servers, for example by spreading requests over many addresses;
  • resell the free tools or scrape them at scale.

If a redirect breaks these rules, we may disable it or suspend the account without notice. Report abuse to info@domain-forward.com.

5. Connected apps and the AI assistant

When you connect ChatGPT, Claude or another app, it acts on your behalf with the permissions you approve. Changes it makes are treated as your changes. You can revoke a connected app in your account settings at any time. Answers from the AI assistant are generated automatically and can be wrong, so check them before you rely on them.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • The free plan costs nothing and needs no card.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Chargebee. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
  • Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel in the app at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • We don’t refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
  • If a payment fails and isn’t fixed, we may move the account to the free plan. Redirects over the free plan’s limits may then stop working.
  • We may change prices. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects your plan, and it applies from your next billing period.

7. Free tools

The free tools and the free tools MCP server are provided as is, without any guarantee of accuracy or availability, and with rate limits. Results reflect what our servers saw at the time of the check and can differ from what your visitors see.

8. Availability

We work to keep redirects running at all times, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to carry out maintenance, and outages at our providers or in DNS can affect your redirects. We may change or remove features, and we’ll give notice before removing a feature from a paid plan.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost traffic or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Domain Forward and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may close a free account that hasn’t been used for 12 months after warning you by email. When an account is closed, its redirects stop working and its data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and for significant changes we email account owners at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Domain Forward after that, the new terms apply.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes go to the courts of Estonia, Harju County Court in the first instance. If you’re a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can also bring a claim there.
